Villa Andreas is a spacious 3 bedroom villa in Protaras, ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxed, easy going holiday close to the sea. Just a 10 minute walk from Pernera Beach, it offers comfort, space, and privacy in one of the area's most convenient locations, and is proudly hosted by ElloCyprus.

At 180 m², Villa Andreas gives everyone room to spread out. The living area is bright and comfortable, with plenty of space to gather in the evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge, makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick family breakfast to a proper dinner at home.

Step outside and the villa really comes into its own. Your own private swimming pool sits alongside a furnished garden and terrace, with a BBQ area for long, lazy evenings outdoors. There is also a balcony for morning coffee and quiet moments away from the pool.

Villa Andreas sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and its own en suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms each offer 2 single beds, making the layout perfect for families with children, or for two or three couples travelling together. A family bathroom serves the other two bedrooms, and a separate guest WC means there is no waiting around when everyone is getting ready.

Air conditioning runs throughout the house, and you will also find WiFi, satellite TV with a wide range of international channels, a dishwasher, and a washing machine for longer stays. Parking is free on site, and the villa has its own private entrance.
