Set in an old quarry on the Bohuslän coast, this distinctive 1963 house has a unique character that sets it apart from the area’s traditional merchants’ houses. Here, you’ll enjoy ocean views in complete seclusion—a rarity along the coast.

The newly renovated house features a modern kitchen and bathroom from 2020, with a well-thought-out floor plan that creates natural spaces for both socialising and relaxation. There's a small guest house on the property, perfect as an extra bedroom with its own patio.

The terraced plot offers several different outdoor spaces for various moods—from the fully equipped outdoor kitchen to the secluded relaxation area with a hot tub. We've designed every nook to maximise the ocean view while preserving privacy.

From the house, you're close to everything that makes Bohuslän special. Hike in Ramsvikslandet, discover the sculpture park on your way to Hunnebostrand, or take a boat trip to the Väderöarna islands. For those seeking more hustle and bustle, Smögen's just a short drive away with its famous pier life and fresh seafood.
