The Space:

The Bluebird Suite is a spacious, thoughtfully furnished two-bedroom condo with beautiful mountain views from the living area and private balcony. Designed for couples, families and small groups, the suite comfortably accommodates up to six guests.



Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the living room includes a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Two full bathrooms make mornings and evenings easier when travelling together.



The open living area offers comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and plenty of room to unwind after a day in the mountains. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table, or step onto the private balcony to enjoy the mountain scenery and cook on the gas BBQ.



Additional conveniences include an in-suite washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, television and dedicated underground parking.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire condo and balcony throughout their stay.



Self check-in is provided through a secure keypad. The suite can be reached by elevator from the heated underground parkade, where one dedicated parking stall is provided.



Guests also have access to Tamarack Lodge’s shared indoor hot tub and fitness room. Building amenities are shared with other residents and guests and remain subject to building rules, maintenance and operating hours.



The Neighborhood:

Spring Creek is one of Canmore’s most desirable neighbourhoods, combining a peaceful mountain setting with convenient access to the heart of town.



Follow nearby pathways along the Bow River, explore local cafés and restaurants, or walk into downtown Canmore for shopping, dining and galleries. The neighbourhood also provides an excellent base for hiking, skiing, cycling and day trips throughout Banff National Park and the Canadian Rockies.



Getting Around:

Many of Canmore’s restaurants, shops, pathways and downtown attractions can be reached on foot from Spring Creek. A vehicle is helpful for exploring Banff National Park, nearby ski areas, trailheads and the wider Bow Valley.



Roam Transit is fare-free within Canmore. The Kananaskis Way North stop, served by Route 5C, is approximately a 7–10 minute walk from the condo. Regional Route 3 service to Banff stops on Bow Valley Trail beside The Shops of Canmore, also about a 7–10 minute walk away. Regional fares apply, with connections available in Banff to other destinations throughout Banff National Park.



One dedicated parking stall is included in the heated underground parkade. Additional parking is limited and subject to posted building and neighbourhood restrictions.



Other Things to Note:

The Bluebird Suite is located in a residential condominium building. Guests must respect building rules, quiet hours and the comfort of neighbouring residents.



The indoor hot tub and fitness room are shared amenities. Availability cannot be guaranteed if maintenance, cleaning or building restrictions temporarily affect access.



The suite accommodates a maximum of six registered guests. Details regarding pets, fees and approval requirements will be provided before booking.
