The Space:

Near the main entrance, a separate exercise area is equipped with a treadmill, stationary bicycle, orbitrek, weights, mats, and benches. The space is fully air-conditioned and includes modern entertainment devices such as a pool table, dartboard, and sanitary facilities.



The upper floor features a spacious living room furnished with a contemporary sofa, Smart TV, and Hi-Fi system, providing a complete audio-visual experience. A modern kitchen and dining area with a table for 10 overlook the sea through a glass wall. Two comfortable sea-view bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms are located on this level, along with a storage room and guest toilette.



An internal staircase leads to the middle floor, where three air-conditioned bedrooms are situated. Each bedroom includes a bathroom with a shower and access to a terrace.



The ground floor hosts a fully equipped wellness area with Finnish/bio and infrared saunas. From here, there is direct access to the sunbathing area and a 12.5-meter swimming pool optimized for counter-current swimming. An outdoor whirlpool spacious enough for five people is also available.



The upper outdoor area offers a fully equipped summer kitchen, a covered gas grill, and a dining table for 10 with a direct sea view. A wood-covered pontoon provides a unique space for sunbathing and easy entry into the sea.

Guests have access to the wellness area with saunas, swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, exercise zone, summer kitchen, covered gas grill, sunbathing areas, pontoon, and private parking with a charger for electric vehicles.

The property is situated in Porto Longo bay in Duga Luka, only steps from the sea, offering a tranquil coastal environment with uninterrupted sea orientation.

The residence enjoys immediate proximity to the sea, allowing effortless access to the waterfront directly from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. A €3,000 security deposit is required. Included services are tourist tax, villa manager, pool maintenance, baby cot and highchair, weekly bedlinen change, daily towel change or upon request, wi-fi, final cleaning, and parking with an electric vehicle charger.
