A lovely, spacious 25 m² living room with high cathedral-style ceilings, featuring:
- a fully equipped kitchen including: a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, a dishwasher, a four-ring induction hob, a fridge-freezer…
A TV lounge area and a dining area that can seat up to 4 guests.

- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
- A separate toilet
On the mezzanine level (no door), you’ll find the sleeping area with a king-size bed (180 × 190) (which can be separated into two single beds measuring 90 × 190).
Please note: the stairs are steep.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
