This two-story home at Solterra Resort in Davenport covers 3,526 square feet and sleeps 16 across seven bedrooms and 5.5 baths, enough for two or three families to travel together under one roof. One of the three King suites is on the ground floor, with no stairs to climb, which helps when grandparents come along. Kids split up among four themed bedrooms (Toy Story, Harry Potter, Paris and Sports) and get a second living room with a TV upstairs, while the adults keep the ground-floor living room. Living, dining and kitchen share one open space with a long dining table and an island with stools, and the sliding glass door leads to the covered patio and the private pool with spa, inside a screened deck with a lake view, where the day winds down once the parks close.

Resort Amenities

Solterra Resort is a gated community in Davenport. The clubhouse brings together a zero-entry pool with a water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a hot tub, a covered lounge with TVs, a fitness center, a playground, tennis courts and beach volleyball. To use these areas, the resort charges an access fee of US$ 45 per house, per stay, paid at the clubhouse front desk at check-in.

You have exclusive use of the entire home: the seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms and half bathroom, both living rooms, dining area, kitchen, laundry and the screened backyard with the private pool, spa, covered patio and grill. Parking is free on the driveway. The recreation areas of Solterra Resort (clubhouse, pool with water slide, fitness center, courts and playground) are available upon payment of the resort access fee of US$ 45 per house, per stay, paid at the clubhouse front desk at check-in. There is an exterior security camera at the front entrance. The home comes with a starter kit of consumables, which is not replenished during the stay.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole house belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the house with no front desk to stop at. Pool and spa heating or a propane tank for the grill are requested through the booking conversation, with the advance notice given in the description, and check-out is at 10 am.

Solterra Resort is in Davenport, in the Disney area of Orlando: a gated community with a quiet, residential feel, streets of two-story homes and palm trees. By car, Disney is 18 to 25 minutes away, Walmart 5 to 9, the Vineland outlets 22 to 30, Universal 30 to 40 and Orlando International Airport (MCO) 35 to 45 minutes.

A rental car is the practical way to get around, and with free parking on the driveway, a group of 16 can bring more than one car. The resort connects to the main roads that lead to the Disney and Universal park entrances and to the shopping areas, and rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
