Bundalong Waters

Welcome to Bundalong Waters — a new two-storey home in Bundalong, close to the public boat ramp and built for large groups, water-skiers and family stays.
The house sleeps up to 20 across six bedrooms: three master suites with ensuites, two queen rooms, and a kids’ room with two triple bunks. There is also a main bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a separate toilet. Walk-in robes in the main bedrooms. Bed and bath linen is supplied; please bring your own lake/pool towels.
There are four living areas inside and two outside. Downstairs: open-plan lounge and dining, plus a rumpus/games room with ping pong and board games. Upstairs: a quiet parents’ retreat with sofa bed, and a second hang-out with Smart TV and couch.
Outside: a large covered alfresco with BBQ and outdoor kitchen, plus an upstairs balcony. Both outdoor areas have a Smart TV for summer cricket and winter footy. There is also a generous grass backyard for kids to play.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a butler’s pantry, coffee machine and air fryer. Full laundry. Wi-Fi throughout. Multiple Smart TVs. Complete refrigerated heating and cooling for the entire home.
Parking is easy: double garage, driveway, on-street parking at the front, and street boat parking in the slip lane — room for cars, boats and trailers.
On the water
The public boat ramp is a short hop from the door. There is plenty of room close to the ramp to set up for the day and tie the boat off.
Eat and drink
Squires Winery (Esmond) — cellar door and deck over the Ovens River; arrive by car or boat. Free tastings, beers on tap, cider and soft drink. Platters daily; lunch Thursday–Sunday. Courtesy bus seats 21.
Bundalong Tavern — newly refurbished local for meals, drinks and a night out.
Bundalong Cafe is about five minutes away.
Rutherglen wine region is an easy day trip.
Yarrawonga / Mulwala (~10–15 minutes)
Coles and Bunnings. Yarrawonga Foreshore splash park, playgrounds, BBQs and 50 m pool (splash park roughly November–April). Purtle Park adventure playground on the lake. Tunzafun amusement park. Farmers market on the foreshore, fourth Friday of the month. Cinema at Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort.
Mulwala Water Ski Club — 15 minutes’ drive, or arrive by boat. Lake views from the Malibu Deck, meals, live music and a laser light show on the foreshore. Ski lessons and gear through the club / pro shop.
