Just minutes from downtown Sturgeon Bay and a short drive to Madelyn Marina, guests enjoy access to boat slips, a fish cleaning station, and a boat launch, everything you need for a great time on the water.

Boat launch available for guest use

Fish cleaning station available at the marina

Note: marina amenities are shared with other units in the complex

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Getting Around:

0.5 mile to Crossroads at Big Creek – Explore miles of nature trails through woods, wetlands, meadows and along Big Creek.

3 miles to the Ahnapee State Trail – Bike, walk or jog along this scenic, mostly level limestone trail stretching from Sturgeon Bay toward Algoma and beyond.

4 miles to downtown Sturgeon Bay – Enjoy the waterfront, shops, restaurants and easy access to the city's parks and trails.

5 miles to Potawatomi State Park – Hike wooded trails, explore the eastern terminus of the Ice Age Trail, or get out on the water at Sawyer Harbor.

6 miles to Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal Nature Preserve – Hike through forests, wetlands and shoreline habitat with access toward the canal and Lake Michigan

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
