The whole house will be yours for the duration of your stay and comes equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area can seat up to 11 guests.

The living area has 3 large sofa beds and a flat screen TV for all to relax and unwind in front of after a day at work or exploring Sheffield and the nearby Peak District.

The two bathrooms can be found on the first floor and the second floor – which include a shower room and a full family bathroom, there is also a WC ground floor next to the kitchen.
This stunning 3 storey townhouse is very well located with just a 15-minute drive into Sheffield City Centre and Sheffield Arena / Meadowhall Shopping Centre, a 20-minute drive to the beautiful Peak District.

Decibel Counter
As this is a residential area there is a quiet time in place from 9pm to 9am. The property is fitted with a Db meter which records noise levels and times to protect you and our neighbours. The device does not record conversations, only noise levels.

CCTV
Please note that we have CCTV covering the external areas of the property which is installed to protect you and our neighbours.

Guest access
Self-check-in is from 3 pm on the date of arrival.

You have full and exclusive use of the property during your stay.

Please note that your Check-in details cannot be finalized until Pre Check-in has been completed. Once completed, full check-in and access details will be available to you via the Guest Guide 24 hours before your check-in time.

PRE CHECK IN
Pre-Check In is administered automatically by our system after a booking is made. Please kindly complete this to improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and properties.

~ We require some standard information about the lead guest for every reservation including full name, address, email and telephone number.

~ Identification: We request a copy of the ID of the person making the booking, or the lead guest ahead of releasing check-in information. This is to comply with insurance purposes and improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and the property.

~ Booking Terms and Conditions: We require a digital signature from the person making the booking or the lead guest to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of our Booking Terms and Conditions.


CHECK IN
Please kindly note that our standard check-in and check-out times are:

~ Check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival.

~ Check-out at or by 10am on the day of departure.

~ Early Check-in and Late Check-out may be available for your stay and can be purchased within your Guest Guide (accessible via the link after Pre Check-in has been completed) under the Additional Services section. Please send a message prior to purchase to check availability.


HOUSE RULES
Our detailed House Rules will be sent to you after booking but please kindly note:

~ No parties or events are allowed at any time.

~ We cannot accommodate pets at this property.

~ Guests must not smoke within the property at any time and any used cigarettes must be stubbed out and disposed of safely. Please do not throw these onto the floor. If it is found that smoking has taken place inside the property a charge of £200 will be made for deep cleaning. This excludes any damage charges due to, for example, cigarette burns in contents.

~ Please respect our neighbours at all times when inside and outside the property and avoid excessive noise at all times.

TRAVEL COT
We offer a Travel Cot upon request. Kindly message us 48 hours prior to check-in to arrange for preparation. A fee of £25 will apply. Please note that you will need to bring a sheet for the cot with you.
