Enjoy all 4 seasons in Aspen, CO just steps from your front door. This is a top floor unit (3rd floor) that has been newly remodeled in May of 2024. New flooring throughout, fresh paint, new appliances +kitchen countertops & new furniture! There are two good sized bedrooms, each with a sliding glass door that leads to a private deck with beautiful views to the north. Unit has 2 bathrooms & a queen size sleeper sofa. Washer/Dryer in unit + Air conditioning in the summer months in the bedrooms!
The Space:
*Available for long term lease starting 9/1/26 at 12k a month* This beautiful and cozy condo is in a fantastic location: 2 blocks from St Regis & Wagner Park, 3 blocks from Lift 1A (which services the west side of Aspen Mtn), 3 blocks from the free buses to take you to the other ski areas (Buttermilk, Highlands & Snowmass), 5 blocks to the Gondola for Aspen Mtn, and an easy 5-10 min walk to all of the world famous shops and restaurants that Aspen has to offer. Also a short walk to the Aspen Ice Garden! There are hiking and biking trails right outside your door. Off street parking for 1 vehicle + an EV charger on site. This unit gets lots of natural light and is quiet and peaceful. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy private use of the entire condo, plus there is an outdoor locked closet they can use for ski equipment, etc...
Other Things to Note:
As of June 1-Sept 30, there will be portable Air conditioning units installed in both of the bedrooms. This is a seasonal offering for those months. This is not central A/C but the units work just fine to keep the bedrooms cool.
