The Howdy Hideout offers guests full access to the home and its amenities, along with access to the community pool. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property, including the decked backyard and sunroom located across the bridge—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

For everyone’s safety, the creek is strictly off-limits and may not be entered, waded in, played in, or otherwise accessed at any time during your stay. Please enjoy the designated outdoor spaces while respecting all property and community guidelines.

The Howdy Hideout features three spacious bedrooms in the main house, thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The primary suite offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and freestanding soaking tub. Bedrooms two and three each feature a comfortable queen-size bed and share a convenient upstairs bathroom with a shower. A half bath is also located downstairs for easy access from the main living areas.

Just steps from the main house, the private detached in-law suite provides additional space and privacy—perfect for families or groups traveling together. This cozy retreat features two queen-size beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and a pullout sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

Located approximately 0.8 miles from Kyle Field (which is about a 20-25 minute walk). There area additional options for transit. There is Lyft, uber, traditional taxis, e-bikes, scooters, Brazos Transit District buses and pedicabs.

Guest Safety & Security: For your safety and peace of mind, this property features clearly visible, active outdoor security cameras monitoring the front entryway and the back area/driveway. These devices only record video of the home’s exterior access points. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or facing private indoor/outdoor spaces.

Parking: We accommodate up to six vehicles, there's plenty of room for everyone to arrive with ease.
