The bright, versatile space comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with a double bedroom and a spacious living room featuring both a sofa bed and a single sofa, making it ideal for small groups or families. High-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, heating, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home-cooked meals round out the comforts, while the building's elevator is a real bonus in this historic neighbourhood.
The location is truly unbeatable, placing guests at the cultural epicentre of Madrid, surrounded by the Austrias, Sol-Gran Vía, and Lavapiés neighbourhoods, with museums, theatres, and some of the city's best cuisine all within easy walking distance. The La Latina Metro station and main bus network are just minutes away, and for those travelling by car, private parking is available nearby for an additional fee (reservation required), making it easy to leave the car behind and explore the city centre on foot.

Four nights here and the free parking at the entrance really helped with our gear. The pedestrian area made it easy to walk around without worrying about cars. Kitchen had what we needed for simple meals.

We enjoyed the spacious layout of the cottage which made it comfortable for our group of four. The kitchen had everything we needed and the big bathroom came in handy. Parking right by the entrance was really convenient for us.
