Sleeping up to 12 guests, this spacious four-bedroom home with an additional garage rumpus is ideal for extended families, two families holidaying together, or groups looking for a relaxing Mangawhai getaway.
At the heart of the home is an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with polished concrete floors, warm timber detailing and expansive glazing that makes the most of the outlook. The beautifully appointed kitchen and large dining table make entertaining a pleasure, while generous living spaces provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
Large doors connect the living areas with the outdoors, where the heated swimming pool is a real highlight. Set on its own sun-soaked terrace and surrounded by open countryside, it's the perfect place to cool off on a summer afternoon while enjoying the peaceful rural setting.
The home offers four comfortable bedrooms, Master with Super King, two with a Queen and one with a Double Bed. In addition, there is a garage/rumpus, with two fold-out Ecosa Queen sofa-beds providing flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests. The Master bedroom ensuite and family bathroom have been beautifully finished with spacious walk-in showers and there is a luxurious freestanding bath in the family bathroom. There is also a separate powder room. For your comfort, there is ducted air conditioning throughout the house, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and portable fans in each bedroom.
Outside, landscaped grounds, sheltered courtyards and multiple outdoor areas provide plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Despite the peaceful setting, you're still within easy reach of everything Mangawhai has to offer, making Hilltop Haven a wonderful base for beach days, local markets, cafs, golf or simply staying home and enjoying the property.
For your entertainment, there is a TV with Sky Movies and Sport, Disney, Netflix and Neon accounts as well as Apple TV.

Please note the following:

The spa that can be seen in some photos is no longer on site.
The pool area has been extended to include a cabana and more area to relax alongside the pool. As a result, the trampoline has also been shifted to close to the house. One of the photos of the pool shows the new additions.
Across the driveway is the owner's company office, well separated from the house as shown in the aerial photos. Normal office hours are Mon-Thu from 7 am to 3 pm and the staff park by the office and the activity is unobtrusive. However, the office will actually be closed from the 23rd of December and the 2 staff won't return until the 5th of Jan.
There is a security camera on the shed that monitors the driveway and parking area, but it doesn't look into the house.
