Set on a quiet hillside street south of the Boulevard in Woodland Hills, this 3,929 sq ft modern home spreads across four levels with plenty of natural light and mountain and tree views. There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with 10 beds, sleeping up to 14 guests. The chef's kitchen has a Wolf double oven, 6-burner gas stove, Bosch refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and a dining table for 10. Relax in two living rooms with an indoor fireplace and TVs, or work from the private office with a dedicated desk and WiFi. The washer and dryer are in the third-floor laundry room. Outside, the private, fully fenced backyard has a patio, outdoor furniture and dining area, a BBQ grill and a kids' play area, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Free parking is available on the property, plus a Level 2 Tesla EV charger ($35 per night). Central air conditioning and heating throughout.

There is no pool or hot tub. Small dogs only, with a $150 pet fee; service and assistance animals are always welcome. No parties or events. Exterior security cameras cover the driveway, main entry, front patio and backyard. The EV charger is Tesla only.
