This luxury upstairs condo in SW Ketchum is 3 bedroom/ 2 bath and will sleep up to 6 guests. The entrance to the condo is on the second floor, up one flight of exterior stairs. At the top of the stairs is a porch area with a table, two chairs, and a gas grill.

The living room has high ceilings for great light and has a gas fireplace and a 65-inch flat-screen ROKU TV for streaming. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances with 3 bar stools at the countertop. The dining table seats 6. On this main level is the primary bedroom with a King bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and mountain Views. The ensuite bath has dual sinks, a sunken tub, and a separate shower. There is a large walk-in closet as well.

On the upper level is the second bedroom with a king bed, a 45-inch flat-screen ROKU TV for streaming, and mountain views. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and a 45-inch flat-screen ROKU TV for streaming. These 2 bedrooms share the hallway bath with dual sinks, a sunken tub, and a separate shower. There is a stacked washer/dryer in this bathroom. There are hardwood floors throughout the condo, and most rooms have mountain views. There is a full flight of stairs to get to the front door.

Complex Features: Central Park is close to the bike path, about five blocks from the lifts, and about seven to eight blocks from the center of Ketchum. You can walk or skate on the bike path to the River Run Day Lodge. The area offers a free shuttle that stops about a block away, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
