Welcome to Tides & Tranquility Suite A located at Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose. This ocean front resort is the perfect west coast getaway with tranquil surroundings and waterfront access. The suite features picture windows with ocean & mountain views. The suite is perfect for those looking for a weekend getaway, a long stay escape, or even just travelling for business. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities such as the pool, hot tub, fitness club and common BBQ`s and fire bowls.

The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people; a cozy sofa bed and a one bedroom suite fitted with a queen bed in hotel inspired linens.

Pool/beach towels are stored in the suite for guests to use during their stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with standard size appliances to allow guests to cook and dine in. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining room table that can double as a work space for those working mobile.

The living room features a fire place, TV, and a pull-out sofa.

The bathroom features a deep soaking tub, a stand alone shower, and dual sinks for added convenience. Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash.

Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furnished with 2 outdoor chairs, a patio sofa and a table.

Guests are welcome to use the in-suite washer/dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided.

If you are looking for accommodate up to 7 people,
Suite (A) can be combined with the adjoining suite (B) which offers a 1 room hotel style suite with a king bed, a single pull-out, and a full bathroom. Suite B comfortably sleeps 3 people. Please contact us for more details.

231 A is located on the 3rd floor of the Creekside Building with a private entrance.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

A custom door code will be sent on the day of arrival.

Guests can use the elevator or the stairs to access the suite.

Parking: There is free parking under the building or in the gravel parking lot.

Guests staying at Pacific Shores resort have access to resort amenities. Please note that these amenities are operated and managed directly by the Resort. While they are typically available during peak seasons, we do not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions. We recommend checking with the Resort directly if certain amenities are a key part of your plans.

Suite 231 A is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Homes Property Management. We offer long term stays.

Guests will correspond with the Host and with members from the Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The condo is privately owned and not associated with the resort. Please contact the Host during your stay for all inquiries.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the condo or on the deck. These activities are allowed only in designated smoking areas on resort property.

Please refrain from playing loud music on the deck to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Noise Notice:
As this is part of a shared resort building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbouring suites or the B-side.

Food & Drink:
Guests are kindly asked to take all leftover food and beverages with them upon departure.

Shellfish Policy:
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines as per resort regulations.

Pool/Beach Towels:
Towels are provided in the suite for your convenience. The front desk does not supply towels to guests.

Amenity Keycard:
The amenity keycard must be returned to the suite before check-out. If the card is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged. Please note that the front desk does not issue or replace amenity keycards.

Access to the mail box is not available to guests.

Lost & Found: We kindly ask guests to do a final check of the property before departure to make sure no personal belongings are left behind. Due to the time and costs involved in locating, storing, packaging, and shipping forgotten items, Lemon Tree Housekeeping is unable to arrange the return of items with an estimated value under $500. We appreciate guests taking a moment to make sure they have everything with them before checkout.
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite.

- Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.

- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.

- Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 8am, please respect the neighbours

- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don`t leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.

When checking-out, please remember to,
- Start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes
- Start a load of towels in the washer
- Please return the amenities key card to the counter
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Please put used towels in the bathtub.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Netflix account.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.
