For outdoor activities, Sullivan Park and nearby Quiet Waters Park offer plenty of options for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The area is also conveniently positioned between Boca Raton and Pompano Beach, making it easy to explore more of South Florida.
Getting Around:
Prime Location: Easy access to Hillsboro Boulevard, US-1, and I-95, making it convenient to reach the beach, restaurants, shopping, and surrounding cities. Popular nearby destinations include The Cove Shopping Center, Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier, and Deerfield Beach.
Other Things to Note:
To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay, we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and a security deposit.
** Parking: Our driveway can fit two cars max. Strictly no grass or street parking.
**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24. Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service, and pest control management that may come during your stay.
** Air conditioning is controlled through the nest dial, this is set between 68 and 78.
** No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (deposit will be forfeited).
** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring the front door, common spaces outside, and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the indoor area, and no recording takes place.
***No parties or events***. Please respect the neighbors. As per city rules, the noise levels must be kept to a level to not disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 9 pm-7 am.
**Wildlife & Outdoor Environment:
Being in South Florida, local wildlife like iguanas are a common part of the tropical environment and are completely beyond our control. While our team cleans and prepares the outdoor area thoroughly before your arrival, you may occasionally see iguanas or spot droppings around the pool deck during your stay. We appreciate your understanding of Florida's natural surroundings!

We are available to assist you from 9 AM to 9 PM daily via the platform or phone for urgent needs.
