The primary suite features a TV, spacious walk-in closet, and private bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom includes a convenient tub-and-shower combination. The third bedroom is thoughtfully arranged as a dedicated home office with a desk and workspace, ideal for remote work or planning your next adventure.

Step outside to the screened lanai and enjoy morning coffee, a good book, or Florida’s beautiful weather. One dog weighing up to 30 pounds is welcome, so your four-legged companion can join your extended stay.

Designed for longer visits, the home combines practical features with comfortable spaces, making it easy to settle in, stay productive, and enjoy a relaxed Florida lifestyle from the moment you arrive until departure day arrives.

Located near Eastport Town Square, you’ll have easy access to nightly entertainment, dining, shopping, and special events. Sawgrass Grove also offers live music, restaurants, food trucks, and outdoor entertainment. Championship and executive golf courses, recreation centers, pickleball and tennis courts, swimming pools, walking paths, grocery stores, medical facilities, and everyday essentials are all conveniently nearby.

House Guidelines

This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Parties and events are not permitted. Guests must follow local laws and community standards. Parking is limited to standard personal vehicles; boats, RVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles are prohibited. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Mailbox access is not provided. Guests needing mail service may rent a nearby PO Box.

Village IDs are not required to occupy the home. However, guests wishing to use eligible community amenities will need Villages Identification Cards. The $50 fee provides two IDs. Our office will process them through The Villages, and processing is confirmed only when you receive our acknowledgment email.
