Gather in the bright living room, featuring a comfortable reclining sofa, accent chairs, and a smart TV. Large windows and sliding glass doors bring in natural light and connect the living area to the backyard. The adjacent dining table offers a welcoming place for meals or a game night.

KITCHEN
Prepare meals in a kitchen with granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. A coffee station, toaster, blender, and slow cooker add everyday convenience.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Three bedrooms offer flexibility for your stay. The primary bedroom features an upholstered bed, dresser storage, and an adjoining bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom provides another inviting sleeping space, while the third includes a daybed with a trundle and desk. The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Take your coffee outside or wind down after a day of exploring. The backyard features a furnished paver patio, patio furniture, mature desert landscaping, a covered area, and a grill for easy evenings at home.

Please note: We use SafeGuest to verify each guest’s identity and secure a security deposit. You will receive a link to verify upon booking. Your card will not be charged unless damage occurs, and you will be notified of any damage and associated costs before a charge is processed. Guests may alternatively choose to pay a one-time, nonrefundable damage-protection fee instead of providing a security deposit.

BBQ provided - owner does not provide propane.

For reservations on VRBO or direct bookings, a small cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled.

TVs are smart TVs and require you to sign in to your streaming services to watch your favorite programming.

**** One small, non-shedding, well-behaved dog allowed. (No cats) $100 Pet fee required per pet to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean-up service.

Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days.

Please note that vehicles with a company logo on them can only be parked in the driveway for 90 minutes at a time; otherwise, they must be pulled into the garage. This is per the HOA rules and will result in fines.
