Room to breathe, a resort to play in, and a Pagosa Springs week you'll talk about for years.

Book now, pay as you go: just 25% to reserve, 25% 15 days before arrival, and the balance at check-in.

Picture yourself coming in from a day on the trails or the slopes, boots by the door, cheeks still cold, a hot drink in hand and a suite with room for everyone to unwind.

Your 2-bedroom suite sleeps up to 6. The resort assigns one of two 2-bedroom layouts by availability: a Two Bedroom Deluxe (a king bedroom plus a second bedroom with two full-size beds) or a Two Bedroom Loft (queen beds, with a loft level up a flight of stairs). The interior photos show a renovated 2-bedroom suite at the resort; layout and décor vary by suite. Roughly 1,200 to 1,270 sq ft, so nobody is sleeping on top of anybody. In the suite: full kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. A full kitchen means lazy breakfasts in and saving the restaurant budget for the nights that matter. Separate living space gives everyone a spot to recharge after a big day.

At Club Wyndham Pagosa you get resort living without lifting a finger: a lakeside setting on the Pinon Lake Reservoir; tennis courts, miniature golf, volleyball and a playground; a game room with billiards and ping-pong; an activities desk with organized activities; a picnic and barbecue area; and Wi-Fi. Guests also get access to the nearby Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, with an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room (reservations required). Cast a line on Pinon Lake (Colorado fishing license required), and you're within driving distance of golf, the famous hot springs downtown and Wolf Creek Ski Area.

Why guests choose a resort suite: more space than a hotel room, resort amenities on site, and a 24-hour front desk if you need anything. It's the easy way to give a family or friend group a real vacation together, with room for everyone.

Stays start at 7 nights, and there is no maximum. Stretch it to two weeks or a month on open dates and really settle in.
