Bedroom 3 - Four poster king size bed, en-suite spa bath with separate shower. Additional z-bed can be supplied if required.

Note - A travel cot can be provided and situated in any bedroom upon request.

The mature enclosed back garden to the south, along with dedicated patio areas provide excellent space for the family to enjoy pleasurable Perthshire summers. Along with a gazebo there is a well appointed outbuilding, which incorporates a welcoming hot-tub and sauna.

Guest will have exclusive access to the whole property, including the garden and hot tub cabin.

The village itself offers plenty of local amenities and has nearby shops, a butchers, bakers, and local pub all within easy walking distance of this property.
