This 6-bedroom, 5-bath house in Storey Lake spreads 3,081 square feet over two floors, which is what lets a group of 14 share a week without living on top of each other. The garage has been turned into a game room: black walls carrying a painted graffiti controller and the word PLAY, a Street Fighter II arcade cabinet in the corner, an air hockey table and a foosball table in the middle. Upstairs, a second lounge lined with framed classic film posters and a wall-mounted TV becomes the movie room once the youngest ones are in bed. Two of the bedrooms were built for children, one in Lego and one in Mickey, and they are usually the first thing the kids run to. Downstairs, the granite island seats four and looks straight across the dining table and living room, and the sliding doors open onto the screened pool deck, so the parent making coffee still sees who is in the water.

Storey Lake is a gated resort community on Sleepy Hollow Drive in Kissimmee, with 24-hour access control and a family crowd. Walt Disney World is 12 to 18 minutes by car, which makes it one of the closest large communities on the 192-East side. Universal Orlando is 20 to 30 minutes, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 20 to 25 minutes, and a Walmart for groceries is 6 to 10 minutes away. Vineland Premium Outlets are 10 to 15 minutes. Restaurants and pharmacies sit along the same corridor.
The house sits just off the 192 corridor in Kissimmee, with quick access to I-4 and the roads that lead to every Orlando park. Free parking is available on the paved driveway in front of the house, with room for more than one vehicle. A rental car is the practical choice for a group this size, though rideshare services cover the whole area if you prefer not to drive. Grocery runs, pharmacies and drive-throughs are all within a few minutes.
