A set of two elegant apartments combined to offer four bedrooms, two living spaces, two fully equipped kitchens, and several bathrooms. Located in the heart of the 4th arrondissement, between Île Saint-Louis and Le Marais, they provide a comfortable and refined setting for family or friends stays.

On the corner of Quai des Célestins and Rue des Nonnains d’Hyères, in Paris’s 4th arrondissement, between Île Saint-Louis and the Marais, this hidden gem comprises two fully renovated, characterful flats, designed to offer a sophisticated stay in the heart of one of the capital’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

The first flat (39.5 m²) features a light-filled living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, two comfortable bedrooms and two elegantly finished shower rooms, one of which has a walk-in shower. A discreet utility area completes this flat, which is ideal for extended stays.

The second flat (40.6 m²) is centred around a spacious living-dining room, a separate kitchen, a master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom that is equally well-appointed.

Both flats share the same attention to detail: solid oak parquet flooring laid in the English style, bathrooms with large-format tiles, spa baths and walk-in showers with bespoke glass partitions, fully fitted kitchens and bespoke storage solutions discreetly integrated into the architecture of the space.

Comfort has been thought through down to the very last detail: high-quality bedding, sofa beds to accommodate extra guests, screens in every living room, efficient heating and soundproof double glazing that ensures the apartments remain peaceful despite their location in the heart of Paris.

A rare gem that combines the timeless charm of Haussmann-era Paris with the comfort of a contemporary interior, ideal for exploring the capital from one of its most historic neighbourhoods.
