Enjoy Cartagena from a modern, peaceful apartment in Serena del Mar, ideal for couples, families, remote work or longer stays. The beach is about a 10-minute walk along a pedestrian path or 4 minutes by car.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests and features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, balcony, laundry area, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and free parking. The primary bedroom also has a TV, and both bedrooms include comfortable beds with quality mattresses and 100% cotton linens.

For reservations of 1–2 guests, one bedroom is prepared and the second remains closed. For 3–6 guests, both bedrooms are available. If 2 guests need separate bedrooms, please let us know before arrival.

Guests also have access to the condominium’s pool, gym, coworking space, children’s playground, outdoor fitness areas, pedestrian paths, reception, 24-hour security and video surveillance.

Entry is via smart lock. All guests must be registered in advance according to condominium rules.

Serena del Mar is in northern Cartagena, outside the Historic Center, offering a quieter setting with open spaces and beach access. Transportation is recommended for visiting Cartagena’s main tourist areas. Beach chairs and umbrellas may be available for an additional fee paid directly to the operator.

We are available through Airbnb messaging for check-in support, questions and local recommendations, while respecting your privacy and independence. As this is a residential condominium, guests are expected to follow security, noise and shared-space rules.
