Wake up to mountain views right on the Estes Park golf course. This 5-bedroom, 3-bath home has a private backyard that opens onto the fairway, a hot tub, patio dining for the whole group and two wood-burning fireplaces. Two living areas give everyone room to spread out. The spacious primary suite has its own bathroom and a walkout door. It's a great home base for families and groups visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.

Location
You're right on the golf course, minutes from downtown Estes Park's shops and restaurants and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Outdoor living
The backyard is the highlight. The covered stamped-concrete patio looks straight across the golf course to the peaks around Estes Park. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, grill dinner on the gas BBQ, and eat at the outdoor table that seats six or more. You can also relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch for elk wandering the fairways. Upstairs, a wraparound balcony gives you even more views.

Living areas

The main living room has a stone wood-burning fireplace with a rustic beam mantel, a big sectional, a wall-mounted smart TV and sliding glass doors that open to the patio and hot tub.
The second living area is a family room with a large sectional, a smart TV and a well-stocked board game library. Sliding doors lead out to the yard.
A built-in bar area with a sink and seating is ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Exposed timber beams, stone walls and a classic wood staircase give the whole home a cozy mountain-lodge feel.
