Windows surround this room allowing sunlight to brighten and views to the tropical landscape beyond. Dine around the farm table that seats six while eating meals cooked in the beautiful new kitchen. Sliding doors lead to a screened porch with upholstered wicker furnishings. The first floor bedroom, featuring two queen beds, is great for families wanting a bit more space. There is a gorgeous hall bath just outside the door with a granite counter, a ribbon motif tiled bathroom floor that flows into the large glass encased shower. There is also a private deck to unwind after a long day on the golf course or beach! The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, it includes two comfortable king beds, a 32' Smart TV and two sun decks. Step to the deck and read the morning paper while lounging on the upholstered chairs. A sliding barn door provides privacy and plenty of space for preparing for your morning. The laundry closet has a stacked front load HE washer and dryer.

Seabrook Island is home to a private beachfront community with two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, full-service equestrian center, fitness and aquatics complex, long unspoiled beaches, a seasonal variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues for lunch, dinner and your own private events of any size. Also located on the island proper are Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Freshfields Village is a unique town center mix of shopping, dining and service establishments in a stylish and relaxed outdoor environment between Seabrook Island and neighboring Kiawah Island. Bohicket Marina is home to 200 wet slips, 90 dry storage slips and a quaint market with wonderful restaurants and shops.

Seabrook Island Club Amenity Access is available, must pre-register for access at least two days prior to arrival as Seabrook has a cashless club system (additional fees for use of the facilities (dining cost, indoor pool access fee, classes, tee times, etc.).

Gate Pass and Parking: Max number of vehicles is 3 (including LSVs), no parking on grass, landscape, or roadways. There is a $50 charge per vehicle pass.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool.
