The Space:
Southern Sunrise is a 4-bedroom coastal home in Prominence on 30A, built for two families or a big group of friends. It sleeps 14, with a bunk room for the kids and a quiet top floor for the adults. A 6-seat golf cart and four adult bicycles are included, Prominence has two community pools, and you can walk to The Big Chill's food and live music without crossing 30A.
The home has three floors, laid out so everyone has room to spread out.
First floor, the bunk room: Two built-in queen-over-queen bunks sleep eight, with a full bathroom right next door. Sliding doors open to a sunny patio with a grill for easy cookouts.
Second floor, the main living level: The kitchen has white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and an apron-front sink, with room for two families to cook at once. It opens to a farmhouse-style dining table and a living room with a large sectional. Balconies, a half bath and the laundry are on this level too.
Third floor, the adult retreat: The primary suite has a king bed and a private balcony with a Gulf view, plus a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a hall bathroom.
The home is finished in bright, relaxed coastal décor.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire home. Entry is keyless; your door code and arrival details are sent before check-in. There are two parking spaces at the house.
The Neighborhood:
Prominence on 30A has two community pools. A smaller pool is on the south side of 30A, the same side as the home. Across 30A on the north side is the large resort-style pool, which is heated in spring, fall and over the holidays. The Big Chill is on the south side too, so you can walk to its live music, casual restaurants, ice cream and shopping without crossing the highway.
The nearest public beach access is Deer Lake, and the Seacrest Beach accesses are a short golf cart ride away. The 30A bike path runs past the community, and Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are close by for dinner, shopping and an evening stroll.
For Watersound Club members: a gated walkway connects the community directly to the Watersound Beach Club. Club access is for members only, under Watersound Club rules.
Getting Around:
The street-legal 6-seat golf cart is yours for the stay. It's the easiest way to reach the beach, The Big Chill and the nearby towns. Four adult bicycles are also provided for rides on the 30A bike path.
Other Things to Note:
Golf cart and bicycle use requires a signed addendum with your rental agreement. Golf cart drivers must be 25 or older with a valid driver's license, and bicycles are for daylight riding only.
Dogs are welcome at Southern Sunrise with advance approval, up to two dogs, for a pet fee of $250 per dog. Please tell us about your dog when you book so we can approve it. We ask that dogs are house-trained, kept off the beds and furniture, leashed in the community, and not left unattended in the home, and that you pick up after them. Prominence does not allow pets in the pool areas. Cats and other pets are not permitted, and undisclosed pets are not allowed.
