Contemporary design and a strong connection to outdoor living shape the atmosphere of this newly built house. Large glazed doors bring abundant daylight into the sleek living and dining area, where designer furnishings, clean architectural lines and carefully integrated lighting create a refined, uncluttered setting. Outside, the terrace becomes an inviting place to slow down in the sunshine, with loungers beside the infinity pool for leisurely afternoons. The location in Pula combines relaxation with easy access to one of Istria’s most fascinating historic cities. Explore the remarkably preserved Roman Arena, wander through the old town and stop at local restaurants for Istrian specialities and seafood. The surrounding coastline offers coves and beaches for swimming, while nearby Cape Kamenjak is known for its rugged shores, clear Adriatic waters and nature trails. Rovinj and the Brijuni Islands are also rewarding choices for a day trip.
