Boasting premium linens, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, this home is perfectly tailored for families, corporate work crews, insurance/renovation relocation, and your furry friends.

• Sleep & Comfort: 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests with premium comfy beds, high-end linens, and regular fresh towel updates.
• Tech & Entertainment: Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, premium Telus TV package with Netflix, and 4K TVs in all bedrooms and both living areas.
• Gourmet Kitchen: Equipped with a premium Jura automated espresso machine, newer appliances, and an expandable dining table for up to 8 guests.
• Climate Control: Portable air conditioning included for warm summer days. Tank-less water heater for never ending hot water.
The Backyard Oasis (1/4 Acre):

Our residential home is located in an ideal seaside community area of Tsawwassen.
Price reflects a minimum 1 month with 30% discount added.
If you are interested in LESS than 30 day bookings, please send us an "INQUIRY."
NOT a "Reservation Request" as we sometimes allow it if its in between our two minimum 30 day booking windows, but will not be offered less than the 30% monthly discount.
This is our principal residence, and we do have flexibility.
We offer other booking discounts depending on the quantity of days you request.
Additional Info:
All 5 bedrooms have large TVs. Cots and a pack & play crib is available upon request.
The living room hosts a 50", with premium Cable including Netflix, high-speed unlimited fibre optic wireless data, we offer a fully equipped house with all necessities and accessories in kitchen & bathrooms. Stair mobility lift for 2/3rds of staircase.
House is kept to high cleaning standards for a safe secure stay. Guests have the ability to utilize our professional housekeeping staff if you desire intermittent house cleaning/laundry services at an additional cost.
