Situated directly on the main Weeki Wachee River, this beautifully decorated, elevated home offers a downriver location close to the Gulf—perfect for guests who love boating and fishing. Paddle upriver to Rogers Park, Upper Deck Restaurant, and Weeki Wachee Marina, then explore farther upstream toward the river’s beautiful, clear spring-fed waters.

With over 100 feet of riverfront, a private dock, and sunset views overlooking a palm-lined marsh, there’s plenty to enjoy right at home. Keep an eye out for passing wildlife, including manatees and dolphins.

The screened downstairs patio is a standout gathering space. Challenge your crew to a game on the full-size pool table, relax on the comfortable furniture, watch your favorite shows on the smart TV, or fire up the propane grill. Additional games keep the fun going between outings.

Inside, approximately 2,000 square feet of thoughtfully decorated living space offers room to unwind.

Every bedroom has a smart TV for signing into your preferred streaming apps. A Pack ’n Play is located in the upstairs king bedroom.

The home has two full bathrooms, both with double sinks. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the upstairs guest bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.

Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and two covered parking spaces.

Please note:
• Stairs are required to access the home.
• Pets are welcome, but the yard is not fenced.
• Parking is limited to four vehicles unless arranged in advance.
• A dock is available; there is no boat ramp on the property.
Pets:
We welcome up to 2 dogs.
The pet fee of $250 per stay covers up to 2 dogs.
Guests wishing to bring more than 2 dogs must contact us for prior approval and additional fees may apply.
