Designed in a traditional style with modern accents, the property offers beautiful sea views and accommodates up to 12 guests, with the possibility of hosting 2 additional persons. A swimming pool and a jacuzzi are available for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The Space:
The property is arranged across four floors, consisting of a ground floor and three upper levels. The interior includes six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two additional toilets, a kitchen, and a combined dining and living area.
On the ground floor, there is a garage with six parking spaces and a reception area. This level also includes a separate studio apartment intended for villa staff.
The first floor features a kitchen, dining and living area, and access to a terrace. Two bedrooms are located on this level, including an en-suite master bedroom with a king-size bed and a deluxe bedroom equipped with a whirlpool bathtub. From this floor, guests have direct access to the outdoor swimming pool.
The second floor includes another kitchen, dining and living area, along with two luxurious en-suite bedrooms.
The top level, the third floor, consists of two junior suites. Each junior suite includes a kitchen, dining and living area, a double en-suite bedroom, and a balcony with sea views.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all indoor living spaces, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, terraces, and the garage.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. A security deposit of €3,000 is required. The stay includes tourist tax, villa manager services, pool maintenance every three days, baby cot and highchair, bed linen and towel changes every three days, housekeeping twice a week, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and parking.
