Welcome to Our Condo! We’re so glad to have you stay. Please take a moment to review the following house rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:
1. Check-in time: 4:00 PM
We kindly ask that you arrive after this time to allow for proper preparation of the space.

2. No Smoking:
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the condo. A $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs.

3. No Pets:
We love pets, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the condo. We have children with severe pet allergies, and want to be able to provide a space to include others who struggle with the same. We appreciate your understanding! A $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied for pets brought into the condo.

4. Check-out time: 10:00 AM
To help us prepare for our next guests, we kindly request that you check out by this time.

5. Upon Check-out, Please:
o Take out the trash. A large trash container is conveniently located across the street.
o Load and start the dishwasher.
o Sign out of all TV apps to ensure your privacy.

6. Recreation Center Items:
Items in the condo, such as swim towels, toys, and pickleball equipment, are for your use and enjoyment. If you take them to the recreation center, please remember to return them to the condo.
Note: If you use a packaged child blow up floatie, it’s yours to keep! Enjoy!

7. Securing the Condo:
Before leaving, please make sure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked.
