***A6 is equipped with a rare find, a private backup water storage/supply system. When city water goes out in Avellanas (as it does often), our villa`s reserve water system will activate automatically.

Living Space

Our villa features modern architecture with high ceilings and open concept, with a light airy ambiance. We feature floor to ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light.
The living room incorporates natural materials including teak and Guanacaste artisan created wood furniture. An Italian leather sectional sofa, providing ample seating. This is stylishly arranged around a floating wood entertainment center and wall-mounted Smart TV. Relax and stream your favorite shows and movies, or cozy up with a good book. No detail has been missed.

Sliding glass doors cascade open from the living and dining space onto to the outdoor covered terrace. This along with the Clerestory windows bring in additional light, to reinforce the indoor-outdoor living feel.


Kitchen & Dining

The stylish fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinets with magnetic closure. Plenty of space for all your necessities. Luxury stainless steel appliances include, a French Door Refrigerator with ice maker, electric range oven and a large farmhouse sink.

Whatever you decide, whipping up breakfast, or a bowl of fresh guacamole, or a three course meal, you`ll feel at ease in the readily equipped kitchen.
Set the formal exotic wood dining table to enjoy a meal with your family or friends. The table comfortably seats six. The vibrant original artwork is the backdrop for you dining experience.

Bedrooms & Baths

Our Villa has 3 bedroom and two bathrooms, and comfortable sleeps 6 guests. The bedrooms have high ceilings, ceiling fans air conditioning and complimentary original artwork. They are furnished with nightstands and reading lamps and each bedroom has it`s own private terrace. Each room has black out shades for comfort during daytime and privacy at night. Every bed has a new high quality mattress, and luxurious linens, along with premium pillows.

Primary bedroom

This bedroom has a King bed with an upgrade high end mattress, to ensure the ultimate comfort and rest. This bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. The primary bathroom exhibits natural light from the windows and is equipped with a double sink and a custom vanity.

Bedroom 2 & 3

These two guest rooms are furnished with queen size beds and one of the bedrooms share access to bathroom 2. Both bedrooms are also outfitted with upgraded mattress and linens to ensure a comfortable well rested sleep. Both bedrooms provide generous closet space and feature a beautiful boho, coastal style design aesthetic. One of these bedroom has direct access to bathroom.

This space is perfect for gathering and entertaining only steps from the pool.
