Located in the heart of Cannes and just a few steps from the sea, Apartment Le 46 is situated on Rue Georges Clemenceau. This T2 accommodation for up to four people combines an exceptionally central location with the special charm of historic Cannes.
From here, the city can be wonderfully explored on foot. The beaches of Plage du Midi, the Vieux-Port and the historic district Le Suquet are practically on your doorstep. The Palais des Festivals and the Croisette are also easily accessible on foot.

Just a few minutes further on begins the famous Croisette with its hotels, boutiques and beaches. The boulevard stretches around three kilometres along Cannes Bay.
