Depending on the property requirements, guests may also be required to complete our secure verification process and, in some cases, a criminal background check.

Information collected during the verification process is used solely for screening and verification purposes.

All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement outlining the terms and conditions of their stay. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You agree to follow our rental terms and conditions.
• You will provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in when requested.
• You may be required to complete a background check if required by the property management company or building.
• Check-in instructions may only be provided after the required verification process has been successfully completed.

Pets are permitted in designated units, subject to size, breed, and property restrictions. Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may result in cancellation or additional fees.

Noise monitoring devices are installed inside our units to help maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and residents.

These devices measure noise levels in decibels only. They do not record conversations, voices, or sounds.

Tampering with or disabling the noise monitoring device may result in a fee.

📹 SECURITY CAMERAS

Security cameras are located in common areas and hallways of the building for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the private living spaces.
