Discover your cozy haven in this 28 sqm apartment, ideally located on Boulevard Voltaire near Charonne. Nestled in one of Paris’s most vibrant neighborhoods, it’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator access (small, but so practical!) plus just a few steps to reach the door.

Bedroom: A calm retreat with a plush queen-size bed, blackout curtains, and ambient smart lighting for restful nights.
Living Area: Bright and welcoming, with a comfy convertible sofa. Perfect to relax or enjoy a glass of wine.
Kitchenette: Equipped with everything you need—stovetop, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, and cookware—to enjoy your Parisian meals at home.
Bathroom: Sleek and modern, featuring a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
Extras: High-speed Wi-Fi, heating/AC, and quality linens for a seamless, worry-free stay.
