Summary:

Vacation together without giving up your space!

This unique 4-bedroom, 3-bath Englewood retreat combines two adjoining vacation rentals into one flexible getaway for up to ten guests. Your group gets 4 queen bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 complete kitchens, 2 living rooms - one with a sleeper sofa, 2 TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and private plus additional laundry facilities—all across the street from Bay Heights Park and Lemon Bay and just a short drive from Englewood Beach. It's an ideal setup for two families, extended families, grandparents traveling with children and grandchildren, multiple couples, or friends who want to vacation together while still having room to spread out.

The Space:

This isn't your typical four-bedroom vacation rental. Your reservation includes our adjoining 2-bedroom/2-bath and 2-bedroom/1-bath units. A secure interior connecting door allows everyone to move easily between the two sides while retaining the benefits of two individual vacation spaces.

Spend time together when you want to, then spread out when everyone is ready for a little downtime. Both sides have been nicely updated with ceramic plank tile flooring throughout, modern colors, and comfortable contemporary furnishings. Two kitchens: One of the best features of this setup is having two complete kitchens. Both have open-concept layouts that connect directly to their respective living areas, and both are equipped with:

• Dishwasher (in the 2BR 2BA unit only)

• Microwave

• Coffee maker

• Toaster

• Small kitchen appliances

• Dishes & glassware

• Cutlery

• Cooking essentials

One side features a breakfast bar with four barstools, while the other provides a separate dining table. Whether two families want to prepare meals independently or your group simply appreciates having two coffee makers going in the morning, the extra kitchen makes group travel considerably easier. Two living spaces:

You'll also have two separate living rooms, each with its own TV. That means the kids can watch a movie on one side while the adults relax on the other—or two families can each have their own space at the end of the day. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout both units.

Laundry: The 2-bedroom/2-bath side has its own private in-unit laundry. Additional laundry facilities are located in the shared laundry area in the lanai.
