POOL AND OUTDOOR SPACE

The screened outdoor area includes a private heated pool, attached bubbling spa, loungers, outdoor furniture, covered dining, an outdoor shower, a private fenced backyard, and a private gas grill. The attached spa shares the pool-heating system and is not an independent hot tub.

RESORT ACCESS

Guests have access to ChampionsGate resort amenities, including the community fitness facilities, subject to current community rules and operating hours.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

The home includes Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, ceiling and portable fans, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, toiletries, and free onsite parking. Family items include a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, books, toys, and games.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home and its listed amenities, plus eligible ChampionsGate resort amenities subject to current community rules and hours.

- Maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests.
- Optional pool and spa heat is $40 per night, available seasonally from October through May, and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.
- Up to 2 pets are allowed when included in the reservation; a $150 pet fee applies.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Parties, events, smoking, vaping, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
- Park only in designated spaces. Do not park on grass or block sidewalks, driveways, or traffic.
- Children must be supervised around the pool and spa. No glass is permitted in the pool area.
- Do not move game tables or equipment.
- Resort access and amenity hours may change under ChampionsGate community rules.
