Bed linens and 9 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels and enough toilet paper to get you started. If you plan to stay more than a few days, we recommend picking up extras along the way.

High-speed internet:
WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped smart TV's in all bedrooms and main living room (connect your own streaming services).

Pets:
Well trained pets welcome with fee. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many. Two medium pet limit, one time $200 pet fee per pet applies. The non-refundable pet fee is spread evenly across your nightly rate at checkout. Please clean up after your dogs promptly — the outdoor space should be left as you found it. Dogs must stay off furniture and linens. No other animals please. The backyard is fully fenced with turf.

Arrival & departure:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM via keyless PIN — your code arrives before you do. Checkout is by 10:00 AM sharp. Due to our cleaning team's schedule, early check-ins and late checkouts aren't available at this property. Please don't park on the premises before check-in or after checkout. Unapproved late departures may incur a $200 fee.

Care of the home:
Our team takes great pride in this coastal gem. Please skip the bleach on anything during your stay — our cleaners handle that between guests. For the stainless steel appliances, stainless-only cleaners please — anything else causes rust and nobody wants that. No incense or essential oil diffusers — scents linger and some guests have sensitivities.

Smoke-free property:
ShelLees LegaSea is 100% smoke-free indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $200 deodorization fee.

Outdoor spaces:
The private rooftop deck is the perfect spot to enjoy ocean views, morning coffee, or a relaxing evening with friends and family. Downstairs, the fenced backyard offers turf, comfortable seating, and a grill for dining and entertaining, with room for your four-legged friends to enjoy the outdoors. After a long beach day, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower before kicking back and enjoying the evening!

Parking:
4 free spaces available: located in the driveway. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards or driveways.

Guest Access:
Guests have their own private entrance and dedicated living spaces, with access to all areas of the home except the garage during their stay. Entry is through the front door located on the left side of the home, separate from the garage entrance. A smart lock with a unique PIN code provides convenient, keyless entry.

Visitors:
Any additional visitors beyond the booked party must be approved by the host in advance.

Rental agreement:
A short rental agreement is required before guests receive their check-in instructions. Straightforward, quick, and in place to protect everyone.

Cancellation:
Travel insurance is recommended, as we adhere to the cancellation and refund policy set by Airbnb.
