We suggest renting a car — it's the easiest way to hop between parks, shops and restaurants. Parking at the house is free.

Also not allowed: trailers, boats, RVs, campers, U-Haul-type moving trucks and commercial vehicles.

To get you started, we leave a dish sponge, 2 dishwasher pods, a bottle of dish soap, a roll of paper towels, 3 spare trash bags and a laundry detergent pack — plus mini soap, shampoo/conditioner and 2 toilet paper rolls in every bathroom. Washcloths are available on request (one per guest). For longer visits, a quick grocery run is a good idea.

🚭 Smoke-free inside — a $2,500 fee plus odor treatment applies

🧳 Leaving after 10:00 AM needs our OK in advance — $150 fee otherwise



🔍 Cameras & Noise

One exterior camera at the front doorbell; no cameras indoors. A noise-level sensor (no audio recording) helps keep community quiet hours.
