Although VRBO categorizes the property as a “studio,” this is actually a spacious, approximately 900 sq. ft. private lower-level suite with its own entrance and multiple distinct living spaces. Whether you’re here to ride, hike, ski, explore the wineries, work remotely, or simply slow down for a few days, there’s plenty of room to settle in and make yourself at home.

Sleep Well

The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, two closets, a comfortable sitting area and its own TV. You’ll also have the convenience of a front-loading washer and dryer right in the suite, making Relax & Recreate especially comfortable for longer stays.

The separate living room/flex bedroom gives you even more space and versatility. By day, settle in beside the gas fireplace, stretch out with the provided yoga amenities, or enjoy a movie on the 55-inch TV. At night, the queen-size Murphy bed transforms the room into a comfortable second sleeping space.

Relax & Recharge

After a day exploring the Okanagan, come home and put your feet up by the gas fireplace, soak in the deep soaker tub, or simply enjoy having space to spread out.

The full bathroom includes a tub and shower, fresh towels, shampoo and soap, along with a modern Bluetooth-enabled anti-fog mirror.

With two TVs, multiple sitting areas and separate sleeping spaces, couples, friends and families can enjoy time together without feeling like everyone has to be in the same room.

Cook, Dine & Stay Awhile

The compact modern IKEA kitchen has everything you need for easy meals, morning coffee, snacks between adventures or a relaxed evening at home. It’s an ideal setup for guests who appreciate having the convenience of their own kitchen rather than dining out for every meal.

Step Outside

Guests have access to our covered shared deck, with outdoor dining space, BBQ and propane fire pit — a lovely spot for morning coffee, dinner outside or winding down at the end of the day.

Please note that the deck is shared outdoor space, rather than a private patio. Your approximately 900 sq. ft. indoor suite and entrance are private.

When you arrive, you’ll see the two exterior doors pictured in our listing. Door #2, on the left, leads downstairs to your private suite.

One of the best things about staying here is how easily you can get out and enjoy Penticton.

The Kettle Valley Rail Trail (KVR) is just down the street, with easy access to walking and cycling. Connect with the local bike network and spend the day exploring trails, scenery and even wine country by bike. The Naramata Bench and its wineries are nearby, and one of the joys of this part of Penticton is having recreation and wine country practically side by side.

Depending on the season, your days might include biking the KVR, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, paddling or beach time, exploring local wineries and breweries, or heading to the ski hills for a winter adventure.

Then come home, light the fireplace, soak in the tub, pour something local and relax.
