Guest Access:

Guests may access and use the common areas, including the pool, sauna, gym, laundry and game room. The study room and party room are not available to our guests. For the paid shared laundry, please ask us for specific instructions.



The building's parking spaces are spread over 4 basement levels and, except for a few that are marked, although numbered, they are not assigned. You park and keep your car key.



There are no tandem (blocked) spaces, since the building is new and there are more than enough spaces for everyone, even without valets.



The Neighborhood:

Praça da República is the landmark of São Paulo's Centro Novo (New Downtown), known for architectural icons such as Edifício Itália, Copan and Edifício Esther, as well as the Caetano de Campos School, now home to the São Paulo State Department of Education. Downtown República is surrounded by modern, sophisticated dining options such as Bar da Dona Onça, A Casa do Porco, Z Deli Sanduicheria, Esther Rooftop, Mundo Pão do Olivier, La Casserole and O Gato que Ri, as well as Bar Brahma on the famous corner of São João and Ipiranga avenues.



Getting Around:

We offer an unassigned parking space in the building's basement.



República Metro Station connects to Line 3 Red (Barra Funda/Sé/Itaquera) and Line 4 Yellow (Luz/Butantã). Use the Rua do Arouche entrance.



Bus lines at Praça da República go to many parts of the city. The Moovit app helps you find the best public transportation options.



Next to the building and the Metro station is the Airport Bus Service terminal, with frequent service to and from Guarulhos Airport (about 55 min). Check schedules at airportbusservice dot com dot br.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT:

Cleaning cancellations made after 8 AM on the scheduled day disrupt the team's planning and cause them a loss of income, so they will be charged at 50% of the cleaning fee. The amount will be requested through the platform's resolution center.



Communication between guests and hosts:

We ask that you preferably use the Vrbo chat, since that's how our team works together. From booking until the end of your stay, we recommend keeping the Vrbo app on your phone's home screen so that notifications of new messages are easy to see.



Street safety in Downtown São Paulo:

The downtown area of any big city, especially São Paulo, calls for caution. For example, avoid walking on the street with your phone in plain sight.

There are homeless people in the area, as in any part of São Paulo, a situation made worse by the economic crisis we have not yet fully recovered from.

As a precaution, we recommend taking a taxi or Uber to get around at night. During the day, it's fine to walk around the area.

Due to the increase in street robberies Downtown, security patrols have been set up on the streets leading to the building. This is a joint initiative between our building and neighboring buildings, and we are covered for 12 hours at night, from 7 PM to 7 AM.

There is even a guard stationed under an umbrella practically in front of our pedestrian entrance, providing direct protection to people arriving and leaving by car.

We also have an app for quick and safe opening of the garage door.



Interaction with Guests:

We prefer to communicate with guests through the Vrbo chat, since that's how our team works together.

It's very helpful for guests to have the Vrbo app on their phone. From booking until checkout, we recommend keeping the Vrbo app on your phone's home screen so you can quickly see notifications of new messages from us.



Since the host lives in the same city, they are available in person in case of emergency.
