The space

Slow mornings, salt air, and a balcony you won't want to leave. Welcome to our fully renovated condo inside The Beach Club Resort & Spa!!

Tucked into Avalon Tower, the condo gives you 4 bedrooms and 4 private baths, so nobody's negotiating over the shower schedule. Room for at least 11 people without anyone feeling stacked on top of each other.

Primary suite: king bed, en-suite bath, and its own door out to the balcony. Coffee in your robe, no witnesses.

The kitchen is fully-stocked and ready if you're the cook-in type. If you're not, spread the takeout across the dining table and call it a win. There are great restaurants around the resort.

The living room seats everyone for movie night, and the sectional folds out to a queen for one more.

In-unit washer and dryer means you go home with clean clothes and less sand.

Free Wi-Fi throughout, for the people who have to check in with work and the people who just want to play around on ChatGPT.

And the balcony. Wide open water, sunrises over the sand, and sunsets that make everyone's blood pressure go down.

Chair and umbrella setup is available on-site seasonally (fees apply). Gulf Coast Rental Company is the budget-friendly alternative and delivers chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a beach cart. I'll send contact info for both once you book.


Good to know before you book

Primary guest must be 25 or older, and the ID must match the name on the rental agreement.
A rental agreement is signed at the time of booking.
Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and a hair dryer are all here.

Starter supplies included:

A roll of toilet paper per bathroom
A bar of soap per bathroom
Travel-size shampoo and conditioner per bathroom
Single-use dish soap and one dishwasher pod
One laundry detergent pack
Two kitchen trash bags plus a small liner for each bathroom
One roll of paper towels


Beach towels are not included; please pack your own or get towels from the Beach Club.
No pets, sorry, we love them but the building doesn't allow them!!
No parties or events.
No smoking or vaping, indoors or on the balcony.
Trash chutes are on every floor, at both ends near the stairwells.
Golf carts are not permitted anywhere at The Beach Club.

Parking: Two passes come with your reservation. Aside from that:

Clubhouse & resort access

The Clubhouse sits between the Catalina and Bristol towers and is open daily, 7am–8pm.

An amenity wristband is required for Clubhouse facilities: indoor pool, the outdoor club pool, fitness center, sauna, steam room, game room, and kids' programming. Wristbands are completely optional and purchased at the Clubhouse when you arrive. The fee is per day, per condo — not per person.

Getting around the resort

The Beach Club spreads across 86 acres, so here's how people usually navigate it.

On foot - The whole property is built for walking, with paths linking the towers, pools, restaurants, and beach. There's a garden trail roughly 150 yards long that curves past the cottages. Look for the "K – Resort Path & Gardens" marker to the left of the Cottages at the center of the property. Free for all guests, and keep an eye out for wildlife.

By bike - Gulf Shores has bike lanes on most main roads and it's a genuinely nice way to see the area.

By car — The most flexible option if you want to explore beyond the resort.


Guardian Rent A Car: weekdays 8am–5pm, Saturday 9am–noon, closed Sunday
Gulf Coast Rental Co: daily, 10am–6:30pm
Enterprise Rent-A-Car: weekdays 8am–5pm, Saturday 9am–noon, closed Sunday


Taxi and rideshare: Coast Cab covers Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Perdido Key, and Pensacola Airport. Uber and Lyft both operate here. During peak season, traffic gets thick and wait times stretch, so build in extra time. Be very careful about Uber and Lyft if you are trying to get to Pensacola Airport. We have had some cancel on us last minute. Best to book in advance and confirm with the driver.

One more time on golf carts: rental golf carts brought in by outside vendors are prohibited at The Beach Club - for owners, owner guests, and rental guests alike. Security will turn away any vendor attempting delivery, and rental guests are not permitted to drive golf carts on property.
