Welcome to this modern eco-luxury studio! Koh Pringle Pod is located in
the lovely coastal village of Pringle Bay. This eco-pod provides guests
with the perfect mix of beautiful mountain and fynbos views in a
peaceful setting. It's a great escape for solo travellers or couples
who wish to recharge in a calm atmosphere while enjoying a
nature-inspired holiday retreat on the scenic Overberg coast.

Guests will come across a thoughtfully designed open-plan living space
that offers a warm and comfortable setting, which is perfect for
creating special memories together. The kitchen is fully equipped with
a whistling kettle, fridge with freezer, gas stovetop, and air fryer,
so you can easily prepare breakfast or dinner during your coastal
holiday. You can also relax at the table with seating for two with your
partner while having a conversation.

Koh Pringle Pod has one bedroom that accommodates up to two guests. The
sleeping space is fitted with a cosy king-size bed and workspace, which
allows visitors to log on and complete work if necessary. The bedroom
also leads to a private patio through a sliding door, where you can
relax on a comfortable couch while taking in the fresh air and amazing
views. The property also has a modernly decorated indoor bathroom that
consists of a shower, toilet, and washbasin, as well as windows that
let natural light inside, keeping the space bright and inviting. It has
all the essentials you need for your vacation. Fresh towels and linen
are included during your stay, along with eco-friendly botanical
toiletries, including Healing Earth shower gel and shampoo, as part of
your welcome amenities.

The studio also features special outdoor facilities for visitors, such
as a private patio with a fireplace and braai, an outdoor shower, two
bicycles available for guests to use, secure parking on the premises,
and direct access to the charming Brodie Link Nature Reserve trail
right behind the house.

Note that we share this mountain space with a local baboon troop, so
guests need to practise respectful co-existence by keeping the property
windows and sliding doors closed, never leaving food on the patio or
feeding the baboons, and should lock cars and close windows.

Koh Pringle Pod offers easy access to the beach because it’s a flat 3km
cycle away, as well as nearby restaurants and local shops in the
Pringle Bay village. Visitors can also enjoy slow mornings with a cup
of coffee from their private patio while immersing themselves in the
surrounding nature.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.

Please note that the pod makes use of solar power as part of its eco-friendly setup. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of their electricity usage and refrain from using high-energy appliances such as hairdryers and irons (devices with elements), as it is an eco-friendly pod. Thank you for helping us maintain the pod’s eco-friendly approach.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 1288 Edward Road, Pringle Bay, 7196.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
