The quiet neighborhood hosts a spa, a nature trail, and best-rated restaurants and is within an easy drive of the area's beaches.

The family-oriented neighborhood hosts several top-rated restaurants (Trade Winds, Basil & Baxters, Peppers, Fresh Greece, The Locals Eatery, Bamboo Sushi, etc.), stores, and the iconic Willingham Seafood. Spa La La is within walking distance.
Turkey Creek Park nature trail is down the street, and multiple waterfront parks and boat ramps on the bayou are also close by.
The neighborhood is also conveniently located to Eglin AFB, Hurlburt AFB, and the airport.
