• The listing is for three separate 2BR condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.
• There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 500 feet apart.


- Bedroom 1: King-size bed. Because after an endless day of sightseeing, you deserve to relax in a spacious and cozy bed.
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed or two twin beds, ideal for kids
- Note: This time-share condo has several two-bedroom units. Some with two twin beds, others with a queen in the second room; the twin beds joined by the staff to create one larger bed if desired but specific setups aren't guaranteed.
- Living Room: Queen-size Murphy bed. Easily folds into the closet, giving you more room to unpack, organize your things, or simply move around comfortably.
-Private balcony in each unit. Enjoy those quiet moments when you finally find peace after the kids fall asleep.

-Please note: While our condo is conveniently located less than 1/4 mile from the beach, the units do not offer an ocean view.

Other things to note
• The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.
• Since three units are assigned, three guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary and third guests listed as well.
• Located just steps from the beach, but no ocean view
• Units are part of a timeshare complex with varying views/layouts/furnishings/decor and the pictures are from a typical unit. The exact unit is assigned at check-in.
• Units are assigned upon arrival across 9 buildings; while we request they be placed together, they may be located on different floors or buildings up to 500 feet apart.
• Infants and children count toward occupancy limits.
• Some units require stairs; not all have elevator access.
• We share this island with critters. While we treat the apartment monthly for pest control, you may occasionally see a roach or a gecko. These are harmless and do not entitle guests to refunds, but please let us know if you see more than one so we can call our technician. If coming across a critter will cause you to feel stress, unmanageable fear or cause you to empty the property, we suggest you do not book our property or another property on the Hawaiian Islands.

-This is a timeshare property, and guests are NOT obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you, we recommend politely declining their invitation.
