Tastefully furnished 3½-room apartment with a separate kitchen-dining area in a 3-family house. Free Wi-Fi. Fireplace. Barbecue. Three large sun terraces. Private beach. Breathtaking views of the lake and the opposite shore. Private parking space. Pets are not allowed. Sleeps 2 to 4 people.

The approximately 65 m² 3½-room apartment “Il Gabbiano” is located in a 3-family home in an ideal location between the two internationally renowned vacation destinations of Cannobio and Cannero Riviera. If you love “dolce far niente,” this is the perfect place for you! From both inside and outside, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and the opposite shore. The three private terraces invite you to read, relax, or simply do nothing at all. Sitting here, letting your gaze wander across the lake, and watching the boats on the water is almost meditative. For a refreshing dip, the private lake access with its beach—separated from the house only by the lakeside road—is a tempting option. If you’d rather enjoy the lively Italian atmosphere with cafés, bars, shops, and restaurants than the tranquility, the two charming towns of Cannobio and Cannero Riviera are easily accessible in about 5 minutes—both by car and by bus (the bus stop is practically right outside the front door). Free Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected to the rest of the world. The apartment also includes a private parking space. From there, you can reach your apartment via two flights of stairs, each with 12 steps. Pets are not allowed. Floor plan:
