★ Standard Check-out: 10:00 AM
★ $40 per hour when requested in advance.
★ $50 per hour for last-minute requests made less than 24 hours in advance.
★ Maximum of 6 hours per side (up to 12 hours total).
★ Earliest available check-in: 10:00 AM
★ Latest available check-out: 4:00 PM
All extensions must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
★ Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a $250 fee.

Parties, events, loud music, excessive noise, or activities that disturb the neighbors are not permitted. Violations may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, and/or removal from the property, in accordance with policies.
2. Quiet Hours

Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. Moderate music and conversation indoors are welcome, provided they do not disturb our neighbors.
3. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas. Additional cleaning or deodorizing charges may apply if smoking occurs indoors.
4. Pool & Child Safety
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the *pool, canal, and other potentially hazardous areas*. Never leave children unattended near the water.
5. Footwear
For everyone's safety and to help protect our floors and outdoor surfaces, please wear appropriate footwear throughout the property, including patios and pool areas.
6. Amenities & Equipment
Please use the pool, games, equipment, and all amenities responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
7. No Trailers or Boats
Under *Village of Wellington Code, Section 22-9.D*, trailers and boats may not be parked or stored on the property.
8. Towels & Linens
Please treat our towels and linens with care. Avoid using them to remove makeup, self-tanner, food, beverages, dyes, or other substances that may cause permanent stains. Charges may apply for excessive staining, damage, or loss.
9. Respect the Home & Neighborhood
Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. Registered guests only, and no unauthorized visitors are permitted.
