This house in Vejer de la Frontera's a single-storey home with one bedroom and one bathroom, and it sleeps two people. Small but full of character: the owners personally chose every material, every piece, and every detail to create a simple, cheerful, and very Mediterranean space.



The living room and kitchen form an open space designed for leisurely enjoyment. A local carpenter custom-built the wooden kitchen, and the owners complemented it with handmade tiles they'd brought from Morocco. Microcement, shutters, ceramic pieces and natural fibres round out the ambiance. You can sleep in the bedroom, which features a 1.80-metre bed.



The house occupies the first floor, which has excellent natural ventilation that keeps it cool even in summer. From inside, you can catch a glimpse of the neighbours’ courtyard, filled with plants and flowers year-round. The communal rooftop terrace—so characteristic of Vejer’s homes—is also at your disposal.
