The outdoor area includes an elegant infinity pool, a lounge and seating area, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven and grill, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor toilet. Direct sea access is available from the property.



The ground floor includes a Mediterranean-style living area with sea and mountain views, a smart TV, an indoor fireplace, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances and a wine cellar. A wellness area with a sauna and gym is also located within the villa.



The first floor hosts air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and terrace access. The second floor follows the same layout, with spacious bedrooms designed to maximize sunlight and views, each opening onto luxurious terraces.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor living spaces, the wellness facilities, swimming pool, outdoor terraces, direct sea access, and private parking.

The villa is situated on the island of Brač, known for its natural scenery, lavender landscapes, and coastal charm. The location offers sea views and proximity to island towns and ferry connections, making it a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area.



Getting Around:

The villa is located approximately 27.7 km from Supetar and 26.05 km from Bol. Split can be reached by a ferry ride of about 45 minutes, while Brač Airport is approximately 19 km away. Makarska is accessible by ferry from the nearby port of Sumartin. Bicycles, kayaks, and a SUP board are available for local exploration.



Other Things to Note:

The villa is managed by a villa manager and includes concierge services, daily housekeeping, pool maintenance, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 23:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of €1,500 is required. Three bicycles, three kayaks, one SUP board, tourist tax, and parking are included.
